مجموعه Little Stars یک مجموعه سه سطحی برای آموزش مقدماتی زبان انگلیسی می باشد. این کتاب در سال 2020 توسط انتشارات پیرسون به چاپ رسیده است.
در مجموعه Little Stars، دانش آموزان مشغول تجسم، داستان، موقعیت و بازیهایی هستند که زندگی واقعی آنها را با عناصر خیالی و جادویی ترکیب می کند. هدف دوره آموزشی Little Stars آماده سازی ورود کودکان به جامعه ایی که در آن زندگی می کنند و زندگی خواهند کرد می باشد.بنابراین از روشی در تدریس بره می برد که تمرکز آن بر جنبه های اجتماعی ، احساسی ، روانشناختی ، حرکتی می باشد.
Little Stars is a three-level series in English for early childhood education. Little Stars aims to help prepare children for life in the society they live in, now and in the future. This involves an integrated approach that focuses on social, affective, emotional, cognitive, motor, and expressive aspects. To achieve this goal, the series is based on the following principles: Language as a social practice In our daily life, we engage in social practices, many of which involve language. We always listen, read, write and speak with a specific purpose. We use language to construct meaning. Stories and situations that reflect the daily life of children contribute to the use of language as a social practice. Multisensory approach There are many practical exercises in which different senses are involved. The more the senses are involved, the more effective the learning will be! Involvement Anyone learns best when they are involved.
